This year’s Compassion with Passion Gala event will take place on Saturday evening, April 29, 2023 at Pine Brook Country Club and will include a silent and live auction, cocktail reception and dinner. Jeff’s Place provides free, nondenominational bereavement support groups and services for
children, teens, adults, and individuals. All of our support groups are free of charge and open to
all families regardless of race, religion, culture or socioeconomic status. We rely heavily on
generous donations and special events to support our vision that “no one grieves alone.”
Your generous contribution will ensure that we can:
- Continue to provide free support groups for children who are grieving
- Continue to provide pro bono individual counseling
- Be present for schools and community organizations during times of crisis
- Provide comprehensive educational trainings and consultations to schools and
community organizations on issues related to childhood bereavement
Grief touches everyone. In MA, one out of 15 children will experience the death of a parent or
sibling by the age of 18, and that number more than triples by age 25. Thank you for helping
