GriefMOVES Training
Jeff’s Place welcomed Myra Sack, founder of E-Motion, to our home this month to offer a training for our group facilitators. E-motion combines physical movement, community-building, reflection, and shared vulnerability to strengthen resilience and capacity to cope, while unlocking the power of communities to move with the hardest things and to grow in communion with one another. Learn more or find a Movement Community near you here. And stay tuned to learn how we integrate this model with our current programming!
Family Fun Night
This month, we offered a Family Fun Night for folks in our program to come together over dinner, games, and the joy of connection. We laughed, created and competed, in a giant game of Pictionary and other activities!
